  1. In a bowl, combine 3 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup full cream milk, ½ cup of shredded parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp pepper. Whisk the sauce well
  1. Heat a pan over medium-low heat & add the bacon. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. Turn up to medium heat then Add 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil & 2 tbsp chopped garlic. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the cooked pasta Regina & sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Turn the heat down to low heat & slowly pour in the sauce. Stir the pasta & the sauce for 3 minutes until well combined
  5. Sprinkle the 2 tbsp chopped parsley on top.
