Description
Dish With a rich parmesan and egg-based sauce, you won’t get a creamier dish than Carbonara Pasta.
Ingredients

Spaghetti Regina
50
grams
of bacon (to Cut into cubes)

medium
eggs (beaten)
1/2
cup
shredded parmesan cheese
1/2
cup
of full cream milk
2
tbsp
of minced garlic
1/4
tbsp
salt
1/2
tbsp
pepper
1 1/2
tbsp
olive oil
2
tbsp
of chopped parsley
Instructions

In a bowl, combine 3 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup full cream milk, ½ cup of shredded parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp pepper. Whisk the sauce well

Heat a pan over medium-low heat & add the bacon. Sauté until golden brown.

Turn up to medium heat then Add 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil & 2 tbsp chopped garlic. Stir fry for 30 seconds.

Add the cooked pasta Regina & sauté for 1 minute.

Turn the heat down to low heat & slowly pour in the sauce. Stir the pasta & the sauce for 3 minutes until well combined

Sprinkle the 2 tbsp chopped parsley on top.
