Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside, reserving a mug of the cooking water
Heat the oven to 190/170 degrees.
Add the tomatoes, oil, and garlic together in a medium dish. Roast for 15 mins, then add the block of feta into the middle of the dish.
Season everything well and bake for a further 20-25 mins, or until the feta is turning golden and the tomatoes have softened.
Add the pasta into the dish along with a splash of the reserved cooking water, and gently mix to combine with the cheese and tomatoes.
Season well with black pepper, then scatter over the basil to serve.
Put the pasta in a dish and pour the cheesy mixture
Sprinkle on top the remaining parmesan and oregano, then bake for 15-20 minutes to set the top
Scatter over the last basil and reserved parmesan, then serve with salad
